There have been times when I have sleep paralysis. I jumped and was awake and heard this sound. I didn't know what it was. I got up and went to the bathroom and got back into bed. I decided to shake the bed a bit and realized it was the bed shaking that woke me up. I did notice that things on the bed had moved. Yes I sleep with a couple books. Okay more than a couple. I'm not sure if I was the one doing the shaking or if it was another unexplained thing that happened in this house. I still can't explain the one time the toilet flushed itself. I wasn't sure I'd be able to go back to sleep although I was pretty sure it was the bed that made the noise and not something else. I put the TV on for a bit and shut it off eventually and did go back to sleep.
It probably doesn't help that I watch a lot of Investigation Discovery not to mention a lot of Snapped episodes on Oxygen and Reelz. I'm not sure what's going on but I do know that the sleeping pills aren't working as good as they did at first. Maybe I'll try taking it later to see if that helps. First it was allowing me to sleep for a decent amount of time although I did wake up super early in the morning at say sixish or so but that was me waking up for the first time since I'd gone to sleep. Now I'm waking up a few times and paranoia is setting in. It didn't help that this car kept going by. I know it was the same one because of the sound it made and now I have a potential peeping Mailman spying on me. There's a truck parked across the street. Maybe someone's having a mail siesta before delivering more mail.
