I will admit that this is my first time stepping into the world of self help books. I guess that's what drew me to it in the first place. I know I could do with releasing the negativity in my life. Maybe it's just me but I kind of find it difficult to rate this book because I think this is the type of book that you read over and over again while working through the various exercises throughout the book. I think only time will tell how helpful it ultimately is.
I decided to just read the book through just like I do with any other book although I think I will at so me point in the near future start reading it again but slower. I think it would just work better that way as you read about the other peoples stories and read about the exercises to do. I think this would be a great book to read at the start of the year when so many of us are making resolutions. I really enjoyed reading about other people because you're bound to relate to someone in the book. Even though there are other people that feel the same way it can often feel like you're the only one experiencing whatever it is you're experiencing even if you know that isn't true.
