This book just fell a bit flat for me. I like the idea of the book but it really seemed to be lacking because it is so short. This book is split up into fifty chapters that you read over the course of fifty days. I like that setup. It mentions the different kinds of anger and provides a question each day for you to ponder.
I think this book would have been better if there was more to it. It just didn't seem to get into the heart of things where it would give suggestions on how you could deal with anger. It would have been great if there were exercises included that people could do while going through this book. I think the length would appeal to people who don't have a lot of time on their hands. There's only a few pages to read and this book could potentially be helpful but I think it would have been better if there was more to this small book.
