"There's a great danger coming."
The former Rangers looked at one another in confusion. They had long ago stopped being Power Rangers.
"Alpo we're not Rangers anymore."
"Ay yi yi you're the only hope for the world."
Renee spoke again. She always took charge and the others let her.
"Where are the current Rangers?"
"All of them are gone. You're the only Power Rangers left."
Renee turned around to look at Walter, Sam, and Derek.
"It's Ranger Time Boys and girls."
Walter wasn't sure he liked the sound of that. The thought of donning spandex terrified him. Esther had been such a good cook that he ended up gaining a few pounds over the years.
"No I'm not doing this."
Walter looked at Sam who was backing away from the others.
"I am not going to be stuck wearing the same color all the time."
Walter looked at Derek. He didn't say a word but grabbed his stomach. Walter knew that Derek had the same thought he just did. He noticed the belly that his old friend had which was a far cry from the abs of steel they had when they were younger and in better shape.
"Come on guys we have to do this."
Renee not surprisingly was eager to Ranger up.
"Air fresheners are our only hope. Ay yi yi."
