I've read my share of books that are instalove but this is my first time reading a book that's instafuck unless I blocked it out. This book really made no sense to me at all and I think the only reason I read it all the way through was to see if I'd finally find out why she's on the run. I did like the writing which helped me read the whole book but this just isn't my kind of book. I don't feel that sex is required to make a book good. I can take it or leave it but I'd rather not have it especially if it drones on but thankfully it didn't really.
Amy is on the run but it really isn't about that because it gets overshadowed right away when she meets a guy on a flight to Denver. Why do they always come here? Winchesters are welcome but not you bitch. I want to get away from here and the crazy weather? Oops where was I? Oh yes I'm writing a book review at least that's what I'm calling it.
Anyhoo she instafucks with this random stranger who happens to be rich. I guess if you're going to do that kind of thing it is a bonus if the dude is rich. Maybe I'm strange. Okay I know I am but if I was on the run I wouldn't be looking to do anything with anyone since I'd be too paranoid about this guy. It wasn't until I was like seventy-eight percent in that Amy decides to do some research on who might be after her and that lasted about two seconds before it went back to fucking. I finished this book and honestly have no desire to read the next one to find out why someone is after her because I just don't care. I will say this I am glad that the sex scenes don't drag on like another series. Cough Anita Blake cough.
